Which characteristics are the most important when choosing a home?

The other key factor is the number of rooms, the distribution of the property, the total area and the location in a certain neighborhood or neighborhood.

The 'extras' are expendable. The least important characteristics for the buyers are the existence of a swimming pool, the presence of good schools in the area, that the urbanization has common areas or that the house is located in a growing neighborhood. The rebound of the new building

And in the final purchase by private parties the percentage of new work was 29%.
